Panthehaus is a digital art brand offering premium wallpapers, prints, and collectibles inspired by mythologies like Norse, Greek, Egyptian, Hindu, Chinese, and Christian and more.

Is Panthehaus digital-only or physical?

Both! We offer downloadable digital art and premium physical products like posters, framed prints, and future physical products.

Do you release new art regularly?

Yes—new mythologies, characters, and exclusive drops launch monthly!

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once files have been delivered. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase (e.g. file errors, incomplete downloads), please contact us—we’re happy to help resolve the problem.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Yes, physical products may be eligible for refunds or replacements if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos if possible, so we can assist you.

Each artwork comes in horizontal and vertical formats, plus mobile and tablet-optimized versions in complete version.

What resolutions are available?

No. Pantheon Relics drops are limited to 24 hours and will never be sold again.

Can I print digital files myself?

Our digital art is for personal use only. For physical prints, we offer professional printing through our store.

Can I use your images for commercial projects?

Standard purchases are for personal use only. For business or resale rights, please contact us

I didn't receive my download. What should I do?

Reach out to support@panthehaus.com with your order ID—we’ll make sure you get your files within 24 hours.

Why I see no difference between each quality?

The difference between 8K and 4K images often depends on your screen’s resolution and size. If you’re viewing on a monitor or device that only supports up to 4K, it can’t display the extra detail from an 8K file, so both look the same.

However, 8K images still offer benefits:
 

- Future-proofing: If you upgrade to higher-resolution displays later, you’ll already own the highest-quality files.

- Editing & cropping: 8K files give you more flexibility to crop or zoom without losing clarity.

- Printing large formats: Physical prints at big sizes look sharper with higher-resolution originals.
 

So while you might not see a visual difference right now, 8K ensures your artwork stays stunning on future devices or in large-format prints.
